Trying to get 2nd car fob for a used car I just bought that only came with 1 key fob. Ordered fob of Internet. Saw good reviews online for Staelens Locksmith. They came out and were so honest with me about the fob I purchased online. I really appreciated that Staelens didn't just cut the key and take the money. Instead they educated me about why it wasn't the right key fob and suggested returning the fob from where I purchased to get the money back. I appreciate the kind integrity of the company and agree with the reviews.

Contacted Stalen’s Locksmith the morning of February 27th for the following services: Hardware installation and rekeying of some pre-existing locks. Owner Andrew had an available locksmith that was able to come out within an hour so I agreed and had available time. Stalen’s charges an automatic $125.00 service fee which was told to me upfront. This is not unreasonable for a service call if you value others time as well as your own? I requested a text before arrival. Locksmith Brandon texted & arrived as guesstimated. He was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his trade. I had already purchased a lock set which he installed per my request. They also have lock sets you can purchase from them. I pre-purchased bc I thought I could install myself. A few minutes into the job, I realized I was in over my head. Chalk it up to a delusional moment. I knew immediately I was no locksmith, and needed to call the EXPERTS. Within minutes, of his arrival Brandon had installed my new lock set, and completed key resets for the other requested locks. They are local, which is an added bonus! Professional, and won’t price gouge you. That’s why they have a Google rating of 4.9 stars! OverallIt was a very positive experience, and well worth working with them. My job was done in under an hour, and I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend using Stalen’s Brothers, Andrew, and Brandon to secure your home!

I called Staelens Locksmith after I lost my fey fob on my Grand Cherokee. Andrew answered the phone right away, began to troubleshoot on the phone with me, drove to my cars location and took care of everything while I was still at work. When I lost my key to my motorcycle I called around to all the local locksmiths
they all told me it was nothing they can do and then I ran past Staelens Locksmith he came out and got me going within 15 minutes. Now I'm back on the road with the biggest smile on my face I will prefer these guys to everyone.

Recently hired Staelens Locksmith to program new key fobs for my Toyota Camry and wife's Acura RDX. Not only was Andrew courteous, professional and friendly, he was even early for our 1pm appointment. Both jobs were finished in a jiffy and for an affordable price. This company saved me!!!! I lost my keys to my truck and needed one created from scratch and programmed on a Saturday. I called at least 5 locksmiths including AAA and a Chevrolet dealership that was literally a mile away and all of them said they would call me back or they would be at my location at a certain time and nothing. This company should be the first to pop up in Google flat out! Was there when he said he would and had me up and running in 30 minutes and cut 2 additional keys for me for free. Do yourself a favor and save time and hassle and go with Staelens!

My F-150 key broke out of the key fob. I tried my best to rig it up, but that failed. Because I needed to have my truck for my first day of work the next morning at 5am. So I contacted Andrew in the late hours and he came within 45 minutes of me calling. It took him less than 20 minutes to make me a new key and on top of that he went above and beyond. I'm so appreciative for him helping me out big time and going above and beyond as well. The price was good especially coming out at this time of the hour. I couldn’t believe how quickly Andrew arrived to help out. I had hardly put the phone down. Before I finished my other phone call, he had picked my truck’s lock and was already reproducing my wife a spare key in his ridiculously outfitted locksmith’s dream van. I’m not sure if I was more impressed with his speed or his van. Needless to say I was working with a professional who valued the customer’s time as much as his own and was in and out in, no joke, 4 minutes.
I knew any service call of this type will be over $100, and people should understand that about the service world. I was charged a modest $125 for the lock opening and spare key (no fob on my old truck so probably expect a bit more) and I think it was more than fair. Will be using Andrew for any of my locksmith/keymaking needs in the future

Andrew was very helpful and even tried to help me save money but unfortunately there wasn’t any short cuts for my situation. I called quite a few locksmiths I even had one come out and he couldn’t program my key. When I found Andrew he came out when he said he was. I was also very impressed with his set up!!! Very organized and Andrew was very professional and fast!!!! I went to the ATM and Andrew already had everything switched and programmed by the time I got back. After a couple of days of long searching Andrew made it possible for me to drive my truck.
